Mat - "diddly shit for locals?" how about the average of about $30 per day each tourist pays in sales and lodging taxes? Figures show that tourists pay a major portion of Charleston County's tax burden. Without them our taxes would be a whole lot higher. I'm all for taking care of locals first, and if you do the math, this does.

Oddly, I don't think that is how it is done down here. In my experience in the heat, people mostly drink their alcohol mixed with water or something else. Undiluted Hard liquor in this heat, even with food runs people down pretty fast. Different in the winter.

"He that covereth (conceals) his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy” (Pr. 28:13). An admission that such a lifestyle is wicked is a step in the right direction. A confession of such sin or “coming out of the closet” is a step in self-justification. But a confessing and forsaking before God through the Lord Jesus Christ will forever free you from this abominable bond.
Finally, due to space restraints, we briefly mention the problems with the ideas of “sexual orientation” and of being a “minority” group. Sodomites are not, in one respect, “born that way”. That is, it is not a DNA problem but rather a natural perversion due to the natural depravity of man inherent in us all. The natural man walks in his own lusts and is driven by his own perversions and desire to sin. A perverted curiosity of some drives them in that direction to the point, like father Adam, they act upon it or “take and eat” thus fulfilling their perverted lustful desires. In order to excuse the wrong, like Adam, they blame God with; “We were born that way.” Thus, casting the blame on another so as to excuse themselves and quiet their consciences. This, in turn leads to the excuse of “sexual orientation.”
Sexual Orientation
What is meant by the term? Webster’s 1956 edition states that to “orient” means to arise, to define the position of, to adjust the bearings of. “Orientation” is ‘the act of turning or the state of being turned toward the east….such as the position of the dead in their graves.” Such an interesting application is probably unnoticed by those who so love the term of orientation. The modern Webster’s defines orientation as “to set in a definite position, to direct toward the interests of a particular group” this definition seems to avoid the issue of the Sodomites while it leaves the door open to interpretation or application. Sexual orientation is seen as the idea that one may gravitate towards whichever sex (male or female) they desire. It is considered by them as a right or freedom; nothing is seen to be wrong with it however unnatural and depraved the idea is.
Further, Sodomites are not a “minority” group and are an insult to those who do classify themselves as such. Sodomites as well as thieves, drunkards, adulterers, etc., exist among all races and classes of people and therefore cannot be classified as a persecuted minority. The “minority” card is used to gain notoriety, privileges, and protection under the law which once prosecuted sodomy as a felony. Racial persecution should not exist, but laws against such vile immorality should.
The real attack is not upon so called “gays” but the rather upon the Word of God or, “hath God said?” Ω

This is done in order that they may gain control over the normal law abiding citizen. Simply put, the Sodomite, like as all of the lost of society, are at deep enmity or hatred against God and would make mockery against His institutions. Marriage between a man and a woman was the first institution made by God. It is the last institution, in the Sodomite mind, that needs to be perverted and destroyed. In this however, they shall never totally succeed as long as the Holy Spirit and the true church remain on earth. After the Rapture occurs, they may succeed. Does this tell you beloved, how close to the Rapture we may be? (See Luke 17:27.)

Why the pursuit of same-sex or Sodomite marriage?
It is done to gain more publicity for their cause in perversion. It is done because they greatly despise the normal lifestyle of a man and woman in marriage. It is done to quell their own conscience which testifies against them, that they, as Sodomites are a sin-sick, depraved, perverted people. Many of them are so troubled from within that they need and long for the approval of society. If they cannot get this approval, they will lobby to have the laws changed in order to justify themselves, their filthiness and depraved actions; all is so that they might feel the better about themselves.
Our land, beloved, is throwing off a strong stench of sin in the nostrils of God. We need to be much in prayer for its people and its leaders. I feel a great evil is about to befall this land for the iniquity done and allowed within her. “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate…..shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you” (1 Cor. 6:9-11). It would not be proper to close and not remind ourselves that there are, as the Word of God shows here, some who have been saved and who have come out from among the Sodomites and their lifestyles. The Lord be magnified and glorified for His great longsuffering and mercy upon the sinner indeed! The Lord Jesus can free anyone from all their sins. But let those who dare to think that they can still continue in such an abominable lifestyle while attending a Sodomite “church” and listening to a Sodomite preacher be aware. Sin that is not repented of is still sin. One cannot continue in such a

Not sure why it matters who pays what. North Charleston and the Aviation Authority make a ton of money off of tourism and Boeing is kicking in so that it can benefit from having a free shuttle service for its employees and visitors. Even with discounted and free passes local residents don't ride the buses, hence the reason a bunch of routes have been cancelled. Carta is broke, they can't afford to operate where they give rides away for free.

Those who would pervert this great and blessed institution of marriage bring an affront to the heavenly Father, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit because they have perverted the meaning of the Word of God. Do we not see why such actions are so abominable? Adam typified Christ who laid down His life or “fell asleep” to bring forth His bride. Eve came forth as a result of Adam’s obedience to the Word of God. This idea, though expressed here briefly, was perhaps the main reason for the institution of marriage. It is a portrayal of the finished work of Christ who looks with satisfaction upon His finished work and even now prepares to call His bride unto Himself..

What are the reasons for the desires of same-sex marriage?
This is briefly defined in our opening verse of Scripture: “...yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations” (Isa. 66:3). Again, “Who knowing the judgment of God , that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them” (Rom. 1:32). They have chosen their way, their delights and their abominations. Their aim is to proselytize others to themselves that they may “have pleasure in them that do them.” This is part of the self-will, self-esteem crowd that would dictate to all of us. Beloved, be not deceived, the Sodomites have money, intellect, influence and power. Proof of this is constantly seen in the media publicity, TV sitcoms, etc., that foster their agenda. If freedom of speech and of the press were censored, as it once was for moral standards, perhaps much of this sin sickness would go away or at least from public eyes and ears. Many Sodomites run Hollywood, many of the TV networks, and we must not forget Disneyland/World. Their goal is to corrupt our children and our nation with the guise of “no more intolerance, no more hate speech, and freedom of expression.” Their main objective is to do away with the Bible and Christianity; to do away with moral and legal standards without which no nation can continue to exist as a free people. In short, the Sodomites want to establish ‘their own ways,” their so-called “Gay agenda,” their idea of a one world order that they may be free of moral restraint.
We ask again, Why same-sex marriages? The Sodomites are in love with their sin and themselves. This is their god that they will not forsake. It is always open rebellion against God and His Word. Proof of this lies in the fact that the Sodomites despise and mock the institution of marriage. They make mockery of it to satisfy their own ego and perversions: “Their soul delighteth in their abominations.” It is a me attitude. Nothing else matters to them but their world and how they can so arrange it to suit themselves. They have the ear of the media, the courts, and now have contaminated our government. Our “representatives” have bought into it and think that Sodomy laws are antiquated and need to be done away with. Where, oh where, is our national shame! Where is the humbling of ourselves before God because we have allowed such wickedness in the lands? Can it also be said of this nation that “their soul delighteth in their abominations”? Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY White country and ONLY into White countries.

The Netherlands and Belgium are just as crowded as Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.

Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY White country and ONLY White countries to "assimilate," i.e., intermarry, with all those non-Whites.
