Investing in home improvements is certainly one of the best ways to spend any money from tax refunds. In the long term, the value of your home can only go up. I recently used part of my tax return to have my bathtub refinished ( http://bathtubmakeoverwizards.com/sc/bathtub-refinishing-columbia ) instead of replacing the old one. Another benefit of refinishing is that it can have a positive effect on the environment.
Really wonderful meats, all so tender and full of flavor . A unique atmosphere and outstanding bar.
My new go-to brunch place in Charleston. Shrimp with grits and chorizo sausage is great. The bacon Bloody Mary will not disappoint. Great casual outdoor seating.
I will miss this place.
Larry's honey is the best! The packaging and care in each jar is amazing, and very reasonable. A worthy local product
Wondering about the above review. I've been a member of Integrity since 2011. The warm up is anywhere from 15 to 20 min, and is based on the WOD. Brian, the owner, is present during the classes that are being coached (which I think is awesome). If he finds that you are using poor form or doing a movement incorrectly, he will point this out, and have you drop down in weight or offer suggestions for improvement. This keeps you from getting injured, and also helps you to avoid those horrific "no reps" during competitions. If your "habits from your old box" include poor form or movements, Brian is doing you a favor by offering suggestions for improvement, and your inability to accept constructive criticism is nothing short of immature. I'm not competitive, just there to stay healthy, but I really appreciate the attention to form, movement, and the positive and friendly attitude and acceptance of everyone and spirit of community at this gym. I started at the age of 39, am now 45, and have yet to have an injury due to anything I have done at CrossFit Integrity, and I've pushed myself pretty hard. I think that speaks well to some excellent coaching. The coaches encourage you to do your best and keep going. I'm really thankful for the level of health and fitness I have achieved at CFI. I'd encourage anyone to give it a try at the community classes on Saturday mornings at 9:30 am, and see if it's a good fit for you.
One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Charleston or elsewhere.
The PBT is amazing. It's got pimiento cheese, fried green tomatoes, apple-wood smoked bacon on Texas toast. Delicious.
I agree with the other reviews that it can be busy at times, I usually avoid the crowds and go a little later at night once the dinner rush is over. It means eating later, but also better service and shorter waits. Highly recommend.
Also, the BBQ cheese fries are great to snack on!
I recommend Evan Guthrie Law Firm.
An amazing group of people! Great for group classes, private lessons, & social nights! Highly recommend!
Just bought 3 cheesesteaks and paid over $30. Couldn't even eat them!!!!! There was no cheese on any of them and they were so dry!!!! Never again!!!
You need to correct name. Our legal name is "Exchange Club of North Charleston"... visit www.exch-club.us
They have really good burgers, I just don't see many people in there. I hope it makes it.
Excellent! Surprised how good it was. Thought it was going to be like bar food- and it was not at all.
Huge slices, crisp, flavorful crust, delicious sauce, and overflowing with molten cheese. Pair with the most artfully crafted beer in Charleston and you're winning all day.
Bad comment #2 in a row. Expect another glowing review from someone who has never posted on CCP imminently.
Some people, especially Charleston locals, do not care to be constantly bothered by self-promoting, in-your-face boors when trying to enjoy a quiet dinner of only-average steak.
If you cant get a table, eat at the bar. The bartenders are amazing and will keep you entertained and they'll offer amazing insight on the menu. Food is amazing! Family style apps are fantastic! A+
