EVERY picture I have ever seen of Jesus shows him with long hair.
I guess that Key West Concept didn't pan out there
Well, Phil apparently has a Bible problem too. Have a look at this passage, also written by the same apostle Paul that made remarks about how homosexuals will not inherit the Kingdom. It even cites the same 'natural' concept Phil does.
1st Corinthians 11
13 Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered? 14 Does not the very NATURE of things teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a DISGRACE to him, 15 but that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For long hair is given to her as a covering. 16 If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice—nor do the churches of God.
See that on verse 14, Phil? Buy a razor and some clippers.
Hating on H&M is just as bad as praising it. I doubt I will ever step foot inside H&M but to each his own. Who really cares if some people were excited that they got to go to the pre-opening? The store will be successful here so it was a smart business move by the company to move here. At the end of the day nothing has really changed. Relax and carry on with your life if you think you can survive this travesty!
With her husband back from a long deployment she should be seeing plenty of wood.
Keep shopping at the Goodwill and Sally Hall Stephanie it fits in with your hipster blase.
Hahahaha, seriously, bragging about pre-opening H & M shopping (this is something you might want to not discuss publicly if you are over the age of 16). Urban, Forever 21, H & M, American Apparel. King Street looking real classy....not. Could we possibly get a Ikea and a Target down there to complete the picture? Geez, I could have a complete new wardrobe and furnish a new 5 bedroom home all for under $99.99 at the after Christmas sales if we had Ikea too. All of the above should be located at the outlet in North Chuck. We should of made some kind of attempt and had some type of incentive to keep local businesses and local designers in the tourist area instead of having the same cheap crapola people can get at any mall in the USA.
H&M is not a new phenomenon by any means. It's part of hugely successful global retail empire. In typical fashion, charleston is one of the last places on the list to get something the rest of the world enjoys. So back up and be glad that people are finally seeing this city as a place to invest their dollars.
While I'm not a fan of "fast fashion" brands like H&M, there's clearly a market for it. They're serving the 18-25 crowd. It's not like that market would be shopping at the local higher end boutiques anyway. Most in the age bracket can't afford it. So they go to H&M, Forever 21, etc. they're not interested in a blazer that will last 20 years. They're only concern is looking cute for the party tonight. So direct the animosity elsewhere and be happy for Charleston.
Ned definitely did Tae Kwon Do. It is a practice that cultivates a sound and dexterous mind. Imagine what he would be like without those skills.
why is this article always posted on tuesday when it includes monday events?
What ever happened to music tv. There used to be a time when I could sit down in front of the tv and watch music videos all day! Those days are gone!

Nothing more, nothing less than the opiate of the masses. This applies to all religions just so everybody can be included. "Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people". I say let them believe if it brings them peace, as long as they don't try to force me to smoke it. (and as long as I don't have to hunt ducks or wear camo - boring).
Yes we do O'leary, it takes some time and practice to master but if we listen to the Obama nation long enough it begins to sink in. Intolerance is a term usually brought up by a person who wants to receive it but does not want to practice it.
So a hillbilly who makes duck calls and regularly talks about his strong Christian beliefs and happens to have a reality show says he believes that the bible condemns homosexuals is news? And that as a heterosexual male he finds gay sex repugnant? Well, There are many gay folks I know find heterosexual sex repugnant, hence the reason they are homosexual, would they be held to the same level of attack as this guy? Nobody bother answering, it was a rhetorical question.
A&E has every right to do what they feel is necessary to protect their brand just as he has every right to have his opinion. Both are going to lose a shit ton of money for their actions. But, as much as I do not agree with his beliefs, people are blowing this out of proportion and there needs to be a whole lot of lighten the fuck up about it.
Ever notice the correlation between intolerance and the inability to form a coherent sentence?
Troll, are you kidding???? Look at the current administration in Washington! How many with questionable ties to Islam are there advising the prez? Is your whole world connected to this site. So if they do not read ccp then it does not happen? They do not try to force their superstitions,,,,I thinks killing just for not being muslim, killing just for being gay, killing for dishonoring your father or husband is that not forcing your superstitions on others.
lol, damn prong, left the door wide open for some sarcastic or smartass response and you get all serious on me. Can't count on anyone these days. And when are you buying me lunch at Waffle House? And I told you, it's not a date so keep your hands to yourself.
Calm down please, Ned Hill.
