Is defenetly the best sushi in Charleston!!!I love the food ,staff, atmosphere i would eat eat here every day if i can afford it .LOL
I've been back a few times lately, and my opinion of the place has changed. The new guy cooking the oysters has no idea what he is doing. He overcooks them and only puts out tiny portions, which are scoffed up by the fat ladies waiting like hyenas at a road kill. They steal all the bivalves and hoard them in their little plastic baskets. I waited two times for over 15 minutes for oysters, only to be able to eat about 4-5 dried up little things that resembles old shoe leather. I won't return until they get someone there who knows what they are doing, and someone from the management to reign in those pigs along the side.
My Name is Mrs Melissa, I was married to my husband for 8years and we were both bless with three children, living together as one love, until 2010 when things was no longer the way it was [when he lost his job]. But when he later gets a new job 6 months after, he stated sleeping outside our matrimonial home. Only for me to find out that he was having an affair with the lady that gave him the job. since that day, when i called him, he don’t longer pick up my calls and nothing since to come out good. Yet my husbands just still keep on seeing the new girl friend till Dr.Aluya cast a spell for me,now is with me and me only. And i am happy with my family if you need his help contact on via email,email@example.com call him on +2347059498969.
This place is very average and overpriced. If you want to pay premium prices for Red Lobster food, this is your place.
The Panko encrusted Cod Po'boy is my favorite!
Downtown Charleston finally Eats in Mount Pleasant!!
Terrific dining experience with comfortable service and stunning food. Long have we needed a place on this side of the bridge to be proud of!
I had dinner at the Wreckfish a couple of days ago. I was disappointed to find that they do not have Wreckfish on the menu. I had the sheepshead and it was just fine. It was not as warm as I thought it should be but not enough to complain about. If you are looking for a place to eat with a lot of choices but is not fussy, try the Wreckfish.
I have gone here on multiple occasions (Citadel Mall) and usually order the burger special for that day. Ingrediants are very good and the offerings are creative. The fries and homemade sauces are good as well. One of the best places for a burger in the Charleston area.
Claire: It is packed because most folks think the food is good. Did you have a bad experience? Did you go back? Try it again, and maybe your opinion will change. A full house usually relates to something good. And don't go when you are "high". Kinda lets folks know your personal problems.
I've been to Oku a number of times for drinks late-night, but finally ate there during a happy hour one Friday night. The hostess told my friend and I that they could seat us right away (somehow even though it was packed) and then our waitress warned us the food may take a while since happy hour was so busy. The sangria was delicious and our food came out really fast. My friend and I each ordered two specialty rolls and it was some of the best sushi I've had in Charleston (and I've eaten a lot of sushi!). The manager came to our table to ask how everything was. The happy hour specials are great especially for the sushi rolls. The atmosphere is also nice and great for a girls night out or a more casual date. Overall it was a great experience and I would eat there three times a week if I could afford to!
Good burgers and Good craft beer.. What else is needed?
Very tasty burger (I had the "colorado" which was chili + cheddar cheese). House salad + house dressing was also excellent and a great price ! The prices were right and the food great - I will be going here again (Mt Pleasant location)
So glad Edmund's Oast is finally open now!
We had all Of medical school here and they treated us like crap- we brought them business and they even kicked one of us out because he "touched" an empty keg by the bathroom apparently "depressurized" it when he first got here. The service is terrible, watch out! Bad experience.
I have been there a lot the food is Great! they seem to cater too the Locals that's where you find the owner if they don't change how they treat there customer there MT pleasant want last! but I hope it does, maybe they will read this post and understand what people are saying? a complaint is a gift, it gives you time to make the changes and if you do you will succeed, if not then social media will kill your business but I do recommenced it for the food and to all the haters I have been there over 15 times the food not there problem. Good luck I wish you well
I am so confused by these reviews... Local food? You mean pancakes and fried chicken? This place is GROSS and for some reason always packed and therefore incredibly slow. I could see it being awesome if I was completely high or it was 3am or something. But then I'd rather have Waffle House's fresh local waffle or hashbrowns.
Page's is hands down the best restaurant in Mount Pleasant. Food is excellent, staff friendly and accommodating and prices very reasonable. We eat there three or four times a week and have never been disappointed. I cannot understand the negative post above unless it was written by a disgruntled employee who just couldn't measure up.
Everything is wonderful!
Coming from Kiawah's Sanctuary, these chefs are the real deal. Freaking great deserts !
My wife and I stopped in last week as I kept noticing out of the corner of my eye driving by to and from Johns Island. I'm so "HAPPY" we stopped in as to our surprise everything for a sweet tooth was covered. Why go downtown for a cupcake when you can find one better here. The selection of tarts, cakes, candies, and other sweet treats was amazing. I wish them the best. Start spreading the news, you will be happy beyond belief.
Best of luck to hard working individuals.
