When you buy something from Goodwill you are putting tons of money in the CEO's pocket not the people with disabilities. Trust me...they do work studies to find ways to pay as less as possible to people with disabilities then try and make people feel this need to support them because they give jobs to people with disabilities. the average worker at Goodwill makes the minimum wage of $7.50 an hour. They have no chance for monetary bonus and can only recieve a .25 cent raie once a year if they are lucky. Bob Smith, the CEO of GWLSC, is asking these poor people to give $45,000.00 to goodwill out of thier checks. At the same time he is giving hisself a $30,000.00 BONUS! CRIMINAL! People please opn your eyes and give to an orginization that really helps people. We now know in 211 Bob Smith milked the community out of over $300,000.00. Hisson is over the IT department which also monitors the sales. No other employee has thier family members working with them it is against the rules...Bob Smith has turned Goodwill into a family business for profit!!!
Oops - C-O-T-I
Thank you COTD!
I take offense to Huntress' statement. My wife and I go in there on occasion, and we are both well-paid professionals. I am not a low-life, she is not a prostitute, and vice-versa. If you don't want your kids to see real life taking place, then don't drive past the store. People like you that push your ideas of morality should shut up and worry about your own issues. Not everyone believes what you believe, and not everyone is a cold ice queen that thinks sex is only for mass production of worthless children that will end up being as useless and close-minded as their parents. Thank you, that is all.
Disgusting, low rent, establishment!! That's right bring in more of the criminal element into the West Ashley area.
Thank you very much - it is just what we need. I've already seen the low life and prostitutes going in and out of this place. Just fabulous viewing pleasure for our children.
I think I'm turning Japanese.
I really think so.
Having lived in California and Hawaii for 35 years I got to honestly say that the Japanese restaurants here in Charleston are just terrible...It is not the "real deal"...I should know-I'm Japanese.
Power Washing has been growing and expanding it's pressure washing services throughout Michigan in order to provide home owners and business owners with the quality workmanship only available through a professional power washing contractor. That way, if you want to sell or refinance your home, the value of your investment will be increased from the great first impression the appraiser gets when they drive up to your home.Pressure washers can be used to clean decks, clean home exteriors, detail automobiles, clean commercial buildings and driveways. If one market is already saturated, consider focusing your business on another area., i.e., commercial property versus residential.Purchase your equipment. The cost of a pressure washer can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars, depending on its pounds per square inch and whether it operates on gas or electricity. Many electric pressure washers aren't as powerful as their gas-powered counterparts, but using electric units means that your business won't suffer from fluctuating gas prices nearly as much.
