Why does the jew love blacks and queers so much? I think part of the reason is because so many jews are themselves queer, hence they feel a natural solidarity with their fellow sodomites and pedophiles.
And did you ever notice how much the jew whines about Hitler's alleged excesses? Give it a rest you scared, timid money worshipers!
It depends on who you ask:
Although Charleston has come a long way in the last 5-8 years, where is Asheville and Richmond ? Those towns have been crazy as hell before Facebook was invented...
Agreed, very disrespectful.
Is rock bottom the right place to put the story about the apparent suicide by jumping of a young woman? just asking
Sounds like he's got some roasted, and he's got some toasted.
ServeSafe and TIPS are both great programs, and I honestly believe that people who go through that training are better prepared for bar tending/serving. Doesn't mean they will give a crap, or pay attention, but at least they have the chance to really understand the issues, liabilities, and responsibilities they have. If your restaurant doesn't send you to one of these classes, it is doing you a disservice. I am on the fence about it being mandatory, though. Having been through the classes, I think everyone should attend. But if you make it mandatory, who pays? The government since they mandate it? The employer who may, as the article said, only have the employee for a short time?
I feel that restaurants who do take the extra time and money to properly train their employees develop a culture of retention, and it pays off in the long run. Then again I am rambling on so I don't have to ACTUALLY do work, so I may be wrong.
Okay, IP Yuengling... you're right. It is completely unreasonable that any professional have any level of standardized training. Hell, if they weren't our country's last defense against hordes of dead Democrats voting en masse in our fraudulent elections, I'd say drivers' licenses were also just fluff as well.
How about mandatory parenting classes for expectant mothers?
Considering the number of dead children this state has fished out of sunken cars in the past few decades, it couldn't hurt.
Not a bad idea, but then I've always been one for formal qualification and training programs. Certainly such training should be transferable with the employee, not something they need to take at every new restaurant. One doesn't need a new MCSE cert at every job, for instance... I hope!
all of them need some kind of training start with how to talk instead of hanging around the women like a DOG IN HEAT and taking care of ther friends
Why should ANY F&B worker or ANY F&B provider be held responsible for the behavior of a free citizen of the United States of America? Does anyone understand the concept of INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY? Why is it always someone else's fault?
Thanks for taking this thread into a very seriously creepy place, sir.
What about including a personal meeting/photo shoot with the man himself -Zeddie Watkins Little - barechested and showing off some muscle in addition to the SMILE?
It isn't often you get something that is both insanely brilliant marketing and completely insipid hanging-on at the same time.
What about getting the original photog to take the pic?!
Who pays when an empty beer bottle tossed from a pickup truck on the overpass hits a skater in the head?
Will taxpayers be on the hook when the city gets sued?
These areas are deeply underutilized space.
Why don't they consult someone who has already done it:
