If you cant get a table, eat at the bar. The bartenders are amazing and will keep you entertained and they'll offer amazing insight on the menu. Food is amazing! Family style apps are fantastic! A+
Best bar in town! Also, an award winning, incredible restaurant downstairs! Great service, great active owner, great staff & management, and an extremely talented Chef who pours his heart into his food! If you haven't been, I suggest you go! Now! :)

They're over priced, poor customer service, and give you very very little for items you sell to them. I only go when they have big sales, otherwise its not worth the money. They have very little good merchandise.
Just bought 3 cheesesteaks and paid over $30. Couldn't even eat them!!!!! There was no cheese on any of them and they were so dry!!!! Never again!!!

Huge slices, crisp, flavorful crust, delicious sauce, and overflowing with molten cheese. Pair with the most artfully crafted beer in Charleston and you're winning all day.
We are from Michigan and whenever our travels take us to Charleston, Hyman's is a regular stop. The food and service have always been great. Looking forward to our next visit.
Disappointed is an understatement. I have been a loyal customer bringing my pup here for daycare and intermittent boarding, but I will NEVER return and would strongly discourage others from trusting them to care for their pets. I reluctantly left my fur-baby for a 10 day work trip, only to get a call on the last day that she was so matted and tangled that they couldn't bathe her and would need to completely shave her. I was obviously shocked to hear that they hadn't brushed her in my absence. Even more shocking is they was the staff handled the issue. They took no responsibility at all, blaming me for not "adding on the brushing service" to her stay, despite never having offered that to me. I assumed basic upkeep and wellbeing was included in her extended stay, shame on me. My poor puppy is so matted and tangled that she is crying when I so much as pet her. If the staff had been petting or attending to her, they too would have noticed that something was wrong. I stopped by another groomer on my way home, hoping to salvage her beautiful coat, and she confirmed that to detangle her at this point would be cruel. An egregious example of neglect topped with the staffs complete disregard for customers feelings... all I can say is WOW.
