Re: “Leaf Café and Bar

So we've established for certain that Ryan Leaf owns this place?

Re: “Leaf Café and Bar

Maybe we went on a bad night but the Calamari, fish fry and the basil linguine were all flavorless. I've had better pasta from a box! On the other hand I've had a great brunch experience, so who knows.

Re: “Leaf Café and Bar

Leaf Restaurant catered my son's Rehearsal Dinner in April 2013 for 70 people including several small children who were allowed to order from the children's menu. I worked with Pierre Espossey to plan the event and unlike other venues in Charleston, Leaf & Pierre expressed interest in providing the atmosphere and menu that would make for a great kick off to my son's wedding weekend. Thanks and I recommend Leaf Restaurant to any event planner or person wanting quality service and food in a great atmosphere.

Re: “Leaf Café and Bar

Their Basil Leaf Linguine has sauce that is way, way too creamy.

It sucks balls.

Re: “Eclectic Chef

This is my favorite Summerville restaurant. I have never had anything bad there. The customer service is great as well. Great soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts.

Re: “Leaf Café and Bar

I agree with another reviewer about this being a great "go-to" place. If you have people in town or a group for lunch or dinner its a nice, inexpensive place to go. Plus they have great service. I was there this weekend (and I go a lot) and when my food came out, randomly the ham was missing from my ham bocadillo. I wasn't upset, I could tell it was an honest mistake and was happy to eat my truffle fries while they fixed it. The waitress took it off the bill without us even asking. And she removed our friend's beer b/c he didn't' care for it. Completely unnecessary, but appreciated. Those type of touches in service is what makes it such a go-to place for people in town.
