dear fukkyfish,
You should maybe hit the caps lock and the meth pipe a few times less.

Re: “Boone Hall Farms

Very good show overall, I thought the Village People gave me more of what I came for, but they were both good. We left early as people started to crowd up into the aisles of the seats, making it just too hot to stick around.

Re: “Boone Hall Plantation

Mount Pleasant should have stayed the sleepy little village it started as. The people that moved here are responsible for the things mentioned in the above reviews. Boone Hall probably can not pay their bills because everyone is so stinking cheap around here, they probably go the market, get ideas for recipes, then go to Wal-Mart to shop. How about supporting the local market instead of bashing it, then maybe they will be able to pay their bills.

Re: “Sugar Bakeshop

I refuse to buy cookies, tarts, or cupcakes anywhere else in Charleston because they just won't stack up to Sugar.

I'm really looking forward to the bed race! One of my sons is in charge of building the bed for the company he works for! Should be a great day of fun!

Re: “Exchange Park Fairgrounds

Unfortunately, I was NOT at the Live X show. However, I was forced to listen to every note in Tall Pines! I hope the promoters can consider the fact that music from the concert was clearly heard as far as Crowfield, 2+ miles from the event. Next year PLEASE, could you reorient the speakers or keep the volume down?

Re: “Barnes & Noble

I loved the book, which was full of insights about my daughter and myself and our relationship and growth. As well as reminders of our own traveling adventures. Best of all, the book Traveling with Pomegranates is so vivid in the sites of Greece, I feel I have been there.

I want to sign up my daughter and I to go on one of your traveling quests!

Re: “52.5 Records

52.5 is vital to the Charleston/King St. shopping experience, as it is one of a handful of businesses preventing the district from turning into an outdoor mall.

Re: “MoonPie General Store

Fantastic moonpie ice cream. Brings back great memories of my Dad's store. Great place to shop for stocking stuffers. Very friendly staff. Love those mini moonpies and the mint cookies are out of this world.

Re: “Holiday Inn Riverview

Great View of Charleston Harbor from the restaurant. But the food is such a disappointment! Too bad, too, because it could be the tourist highlight if only management cared to have a decent menu and hire a worthwhile chef!

Re: “Burbage's Grocery

Step back in time and be graciously welcomed into this wonderful corner grocery. Fine wines, meats and cheeses for that special meal....or maybe just picking up fresh bread and homemade soup for lunch...or maybe you've run out of milk and need to run in fast and pick something up....there is something for everyone. but, more than that, it is the wonderful feeling of community and time gone by that no other local retailer can provide. Burbage's is a must!

Fantastic concert last night in Tallahassee! He rocked the civic center to a packed house-great performance, high energy-the best I have ever seen. If you have tickets great if not I suggest you try to find them, you won't be disappointed!
