Re: “Citadel Mall

This mall has the only IMAX in the Charleston area. It also has the largest Belk & Dillard's locations in Charleston. Centrally located, easily accessible and convenient to all areas of Charleston.

Re: “Threshold Repertory Theatre

Terrific company downtown to see good theatre. They do a lot with the smaller space and it is very comfortable. Creative sets and lighting and quality productions.

Re: “Physician's Auditorium

What a shallow thing to say. "One of the top Philosophers?" Must you rank thoughts and people in linear arrays. Why does everything is the US have to be an ordination? Can't it just be "interesting" ?

Re: “Threshold Repertory Theatre

Threshold isn't just a "location" for other companies to use, it's a theatre company that produces quality productions and doesn't charge an arm and a leg to go see them. In fact, I saw that their latest production, The Exact Center of the Universe, a beautifully written dramady (drama and comedy), is only $10. Plus they always have a freebie preview show. The theatre building itself is small but well appointed with comfortable chairs, and all the bells and whistles which go along with great productions. At Threshold you don't get bare minimum sets and all white lighting. They truly try to give you scenic and lighting production elements along with terrific acting and quality plays. If you haven't visited Threshold Repertory Theatre, you are missing out! There's a couple of great places to eat close by too and a chocolate shop. What more could you want?!

Re: “East Cooper Women's Center

Let me 1st say, the doctors are nice. Of course you will have to wait until they call u back. Prepare yourself for 1hr and a half to 2 hrs if you have something plannned or have to work. The front desk are not so welcoming, particularly the black lady. She is rude, does not smile and does not greet you at all. Looks like she ate something bad and decided to take it out on the pregnant lady. She talks so low that you have to ask her to repeat herself and she gets an attitude with you. I've seen her treat the other patients like this, so at least it not me. It makes the visit very uncomfortable. No southern hospitality with this lady. So if you're ok with the wait and want to be disrespected then this is the place.

Re: “Gage Hall

I was just wondering if the name Gage Hall on the front doors are covered for any reason or is it just temporary? Your answer will surely be appreciated. Thank you. I remain Shane Gage.

Re: “Boone Hall Plantation

Is there anything like a haunted house experience for 10-year olds and 6-year olds besides the Haunted Hay Ride we do every year? Just curious. I heard of the Amy's thing but it looks like it's for 12 and over. thanks!

Re: “Middleton Place

This will be my second time visiting Middleton Gardens and I can't wait. I intend to use Omega Transportation as my ride ( since I can save 10% on a round trip) and I will tour the gardens after the demonstrations. I know the gardens will be beautiful this time of year. And I won't have to fight the traffic, so I am really excited.

Re: “Charleston Maritime Center

I had my wedding rehearsal dinner/party at the Maritime Center on Halloween of 2008 and it was a blast! I will never forget the hours we spent "sittin on the dock of the bay" living the moontime...

Re: “MUSC Wellness Center Auditorium

I truly enjoyed the photography class. I have always been fascinated by the field, but never could find a good book that gave me a basic understanding of the fundamentals of a camera. He really enjoys teaching and gives positive constructive criticism. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to improve their techniques, plus he is an amazing talent! IT'S WORTH IT!!!!!!!

Re: “MUSC Wellness Center Auditorium

Really enjoy the class and I am learning a lot. For me personally I would like to move a little faster. I do not want to take to much information in, but I do feel like there is a little more I can learn in the 1 1/2 class. I would recommend taking his class.

Re: “Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina

Shawn Mullins has managed to reinvent himself over the last few years in a way that most musicians only dream of. He is an essential artist for this decade, not only for us here at 1055 the Bridge, (Radio Station) but for Southerners at-large.
If you missed him in the beautiful setting of the 2009 First Flush Festival, here is another opportunity to enjoy him in yet another of Charleston's amazing outdoor settings.
1055 The Bridge along with our great partners Ear For Music and The Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina encourage you to come out Friday evening from 5:30 -9:30 to see what we know will be an incredible show. Tickets are $10 at the gate, and we ask you to consider bringing a few dollars for the Ronald McDonald House of Charleston to help us wrap our week-long Radio-thon.

Re: “Felix Davis Community Center

What a great way to get exercise!! Zumba is really a party. Kelly is abosolutely wonderful. She makes it fun while you have a great workout. Though I am a senior, I hang in with the others in the class. It makes me feel young physically and mentally.

Re: “Lance Hall

Deuce Theater scores again. If you believe in having great theater in Charleston you need to go to Duncan Storm.

Re: “IOP Recreation Center

I love the Recreation Department! It is wonderful and Beautiful. They have lots of events that you can go to, and the people that work there are so sweet and nice! When you are feeling hungry they have vending machines! So bring your Money and shoot some hoops at the Isle of Palms Recreation Department!
