I was looking forward to going to Paolo's after hearing so much about it. When my Fiance and I arrived, we waited in line patiently behind about 6 other people. When it was our turn to order, I told the female employee that I would like to try all six flavors. She stated she would not let me try all six. I then requested each flavor one at a time. She put two flavors of Gelato on one tasting spoon for my Fiance and I to share. I ended up purchasing some Gelato, but I wish I didn't. The customer service there was outrageous. The employee was nasty and mean. The Gelato was great, but I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere after the way we were treated. Paolo, you make great Gelato, but you should rethink who you hire to represent your business.
