Best bar in town with the best bartenders. Live music is unbelievable - TJ, Dangermuffin, Mac Leaphardt, Medicine Hat, Kurly Wolf, and the guys from Tshimingo. Game over - don't go anywhere eslse
i like this place - its a fav stop for happy hour, or a killer lunch.
Food wasn't that great and the service was even worse. Grizzly bartender was a chump that needed to be decked. I know it is DI but their drinks are pretty damn expensive. The only thing that I like about the place is that it is dog friendly.
We eat here every time we are in Charleston and have never been disappointed. The tilapia with garlic spinach, the shrimp salad, the crab cakes, and anything that happens to be the special of the day will be outstanding. We sit outside on the patio whenever the weather is nice, which is most of the year in Charleston!
Worst. Bar. Ever. This place only attracts the overweight college crowd that enjoys stale draft beer and fried mysteries. If your looking for a good time and enjoyable night, go up the street a little to O'Malley's or down to Mad River.
Love A.C.'s brunch. Chicken and waffles are the best cure for a hangover. If you want to avoid college students, get there earlier. It's as simple as that.
I like it a lot. Lisa and Vanessa are both great tenders and very experienced. Changes to happy hour deals are unwelcoming, but I understand that they were losing on the 50% appetizers. Esp. the seafood nachos. Nice place to bring a date and relax watching a game, or having a quality dinner. Please change back the batter on the shrimp. This new one sucks
I've been to many sports bars in the area, but Rendezvous sticks out really well above the rest. The decor is terrific, the food is very good, the beer selection is pleasing, the TVs are everywhere, the bathrooms are ridiculously clean, and they do a fine job with events, kids, bar area, and presentation. The giant-screen is clearly visible, the sound system is solid, and when they do have music the reproduction is great.
I've been there six times and have never been disappointed with anything. I know the name sounds like a strip club, but this is a fine place to eat, drink, and watch some games!
Excellent decor, less than acceptable service. Understandably, the bartender was alone. They would do well to have a more experienced tender flying solo. Frankly, I would be very surprised if the management knew their employees (if they are employees) were on a review page giving lip service to customers. Maybe is a little more indicative of their service and attitude than I normally give reviews credit for. Place has great potential.
I live in Mt. P and found my way over to Finz to check the joint out after the former bbq stop went out of business. I am a supporter of local grub and this place has nothing local about it. The food is northern and the attitudes match the food, rude and cold. Check out the Blvd. Diner for quality low country eats or Poe's, on Sullivan's, for a a fun atmosphere with good food.

I had the great pleasure of visintg this ecelectic Reataurant/Bar/Gathering Place/Live Music venue/wonderful Food/ Incredible Ribs/marvelous Service especially from a psuedo Organic fantacis whom I nicknamed ORGI, for over 2 years. Kent, the owner of ARTS is simply put, one of the top 5 bar owners Ihave known in my 57 years, of which 52 of them have been invested in time in bars, taverns, and pubs. If oyu are someone who thinks you simply have to go to Market 225 and such GO ON , GO AHEAD, then night cap out at ARTS. Free horse de overs Monday through Friday all the way through this damn Recession. Kent could have pulled them to save $$. But he didn't. Outdoor patio built in part by a tremendous carpenter talent named RONNIE is where you can smoke and be as damn loud as you want..Come to think of it you do all that 'cept smoke INSIDE. Thank God for the legilsature passing laws to protect me from myself PUH FREAKING TWO EE. So my unknown readers. Ya gotta stop at ARTS.
My distant second recommendation for a great locals place is BIG JOHNS ON E BAY You can get a bumper sticker there reading "I LOVE BJ's then when oyu look at the fine print it reads "I mean Big Johns you pervert" Great burgers and tater tots in BJs.
I miss ARTS very much and BJ's a lot.

Tell Orgi I still love her and tellmy Steve my English friend ""ello mate"
Their prime rib Philly Cheesesteak sandwich will make you cry all the way back to your office, dorm room, or mommy. Highly recommended place for low-key lunch or dinner.
Rendezvous is a gross place, with nasty employers. I think that this place shouldn't have even opened. The only thing I liked was the bouncers. not a happy member.
Staff has always been pleasant, I like the fact that they all seem to help out each other with food orders, drinks, bussing tables, keeping the place clean... $2 Pacificos are jim-dandy by me, the jerk chicken sanwich is yummy, and the fries are awesome. Never thought about it for brunch...may try it out soon!
Just thought you might want to know the band playing Friday night is spelled wrong. It's Deville Street Parking not Devilla.
Hot chicks good munchies plenty of parking. a life style created under a connecter.
Super-friendly staff, great food, Trivia on Thursdays, plenty of TVs, games -- and parking. Oh yeah, and drinks. It's perfect.
Is this place still open? It looked very (permanently) closed last time I walked by.
Leave Mt Pleasant's overdone/overpriced area, escape downtown's college/hoity-toity air, and you arrive in The Mill in Park Circle. Where the same beer you get at Poe's for $6.00 is $3.50, with laid back bartenders, and where real people, not name-droppers out on the playboy/playgirl prowl, just go out for a good time.
Re: “Blind Tiger”
I had a burger here and was not impressed with the food area, the food, or the food's price.
