Redux seeks new executive director

It's well known at this point that Seth Curcio is stepping down from his position as executive director at Redux Contemporary Art Center. Now the center is looking for someone to fill his shoes.

And they are quite big.

The executive director in charge of maintaining, overseeing, and developing all the Redux programs like exhibitions, public relations, accounting, rentals, classes, and internet presence, among other things.

Candidates must have knowledge of contemporary art practices, experience with non-profit organizations, exemplary communication skills, as well as executive functioning and long term planning.

A BS, BA, BFA is required and MA, MFA is preferred.

Redux is currently accepting applications and nominations for the job. All interested should send a resume and cover letter to the Board of Directors at Redux Studios, 136 St. Phillip St., Charleston, SC 29403 or email info@reduxstudios.org.
