Mr. Moredock has posted yet another cut and paste job, and in the two original paragraphs he wrote (probably with an instrument marked Crayola), he managed to misspell "least" as "lease".

The last election clearly demonstrated that a plurality of Americans have rejected the progressive agenda. Moredock's explanation: They're all bat shit crazy.

Please God, elevate Mr. Moredock to senior adviser for the current administration.

What planet is this guy from? He is definitely looking for a scapegoat to blame the failed policies of the current leadership on. Oh and by the way, Obama would never had been elected in the first place if white people didn't vote for him. But he seems to have forgotten that little fact. The current change in direction is based on people voting for what they believe in and if this doesn't translate into this guys personal views then everybody else, and in particular white people must all be wrong. Maybe you had better take a closer look at American history and you will see that this country swings back and forth from left to right and back again. The people of this country would love to see a reasonable middle road. But unfortunately we have people such as this writer that are so buried in their own narrow views of the world that they can't comprehend any view but their own. So thankfully we will continue to live in this country where people can vote there own way even if it means being insulted by narrow minded people who don't agree with them.

I am amazed just how much the "holier than thou" racist will go to tell me how racist I am. Is Obama a socialist, communist, or Marxist? it doesn't matter. I'll lay it on the line. I loathe Barack Obama's government. He is an absolute disaster. I hope everything he wants to do for America fails.

I'm a Floridian and I supported Col. West in his congressional campaign. I did so because I like what he wants to do. My son served with him in Iraq in 4 ID. I enjoy reading what Dr. Walter Williams and Dr. Thomas Sowell write each week. I marvel. at their intellect and ability to explain economics. Does that make me a racist?

Plausible, Will, but then consider: Truman (of whom I have, alas, early childhood memories), Kennedy,LBJ, Carter & Clinton were just as white as you and me, and yet the level of right-wing hatred against them was just as irrational and intense as Obama elicits today. Indeed, I recall the angriest outburst I ever heard was directed by a member of my family (RIP) at Truman when our armed forces were racially integrated. Kennedy provoked considerable rage for being a communist-Roman Catholic & for using force to protect James Meredith at Ole Miss. Johnson was generally supported in his military aggression but hated for his enlightened social policies. Carter brought out the batshit in legions, and Clinton--OMG! Yes, race is an element, but there must be something else.
Personally, I voted for and generally support Obama as the vastly lesser of all available evils.

Not a peep from the esteemed Mr. Moredock about the lemming-like voting patterns of African Americans. In a nation typically divided close to 50-50 in presidential campaigns, the African American community supports Obama at (post midterm Gallup) 89%.

I certainly don't begrudge African-Americans for voting as they please. After all, supporting candidates for reasons of ethnic, racial, or religious affinity (not to mention agreement on issues) is as American as apple pie.

But given the fact that, on the subject of Obama, whites are far more evenly split than African Americans, seems to suggest that Mr. Moredock is a bit too selective when he uses the word "lemming" to describe whites.

Besides, who are "whites"? Jewish Americans who continue to support Obama by large margins? Are they white SEIU and AFL-CIO members who likewise continue to support the president? Are they white liberals found in every university town and on most big city dailies in America? Or are they whites who don't fall into any of the foregoing categories who just happen to agree with the president's policies?

I'm a white guy who doesn't agree with Obama about much--but as I discovered to my dismay this Thanksgiving, about 99% of my white relations disagree with me, and vehemently.

None of them called me a racist or suggested that my brain was rotted. Perhaps Mr. Moredock would answer, "Ah, but that's because they're white!"

You got to love partisan hackery! (And bad writing, too.)

yep, white America has lost its mind as well as its courage and will to do what is right. stop supporting the likes of the real racists. Sharpton,Jackson,Farrakhan,Rangel,Waters, Braun, and groups like the NAACP,the ACLU and many other blacks only groups. affirmative action,American negro college fund and programs aimed at propping up the continuously failing black community. when are people going to realize that throwing money at this problem only perpetuates it? why do whites ONLY have to prove themselves when minorities do not? does anyone think that there will ever be a "whites only" program or group that will be funded by our tax dollars the way all the black groups and programs are? Moredock's accusation of racism is a desperate smear by a sock puppet who knows his side has lost the national debate. He hopes that his false accusations of racism help distract people from the complete failure of progressive 'solutions' to the problems of poverty and crime in the black community. Under Bush, dissent was the highest form of patriotism, oh but now suddenly it's the lowest form of racism. Imagine that!

Although political I hold to many of the same tenets as you do, I would NEVER be caught DEAD receiving an endorsement from you for office, for fear that I would be associated with your slandering, untruthful, factless, poorly written biased drool. I wish I was as smart as the limousine liberals, the movie stars, the news media and the blacks on welfare. They know the answer is to take the money for the productive class (with limousine liberals and the movie stars exempted because they can hire experts to protect their money) and give it to the unproductive class. The producers punished with more taxes, and the moochers rewarded with free benefits. I'm just a dumb Asian who came to the USA with my family from Cambodia with nothing and thought working hard was the answer. Doing without unless you could afford it. All this time I should have just demanded that others give me a portion of what they earned. One question, when will the democrats force the moochers to join an Unproductive Union in order to use collective bargining to obtain more benefits?

Amazing read in that it reveals how little depth some of the more vociferous supporters of this president have. Few points:

1. Most troubling, this type of race baiting actually lessens the impact of racism when it actually occurs. If blacks in this country can't separate criticism of the man, his beliefs and his policies from the color of the man, then there is no hope for racial reconciliation in this country. Are blacks as a group (and I'm a believer in the power, rights, and dignity of the individual) so arrogant (or insecure?) that the ONLY reason anyone can speak out against Barack Obama is the color of his skin?

2. He was not ready for this job. He and his advisers (and evidently most of his supporters) failed to pick up any basic understanding of economics and how capital works and moves to create jobs. Socialist and marxist idealogies treat capital as a zero sum game. Not so in a capitalist system.

3. Mr. Moredock, believe it or not, white people voted for this gentleman based on his cry of hope and change, a cry that has now turned out to be vapid and meaningless. No one seemed to ask the question "What are we changing from and what are we changing to?" There are plety of idiots on the right side of the aisle who have nothing to go to but "he ian't from here" and "he's a muslim." This shows an equal lack of intellectual depth on the right side of the aisle as is found on the left.

Mr. Moredock, did you hate George Bush? Did you decry his policies? Did you consider him the enemy? By your reasoning, that makes you a bigot.

I consider myself blessed to live in a time when a black person can become president. But guys, at a certain point, he has to do the job and do it well. He can only blame Bush for so long. He had two years of a Democratically controlled Senate and House and got very little done.

He got the job, now he's got to do it. His skin color didn't hurt him getting there and it isn't hurting him now. Maybe the problem is the man and his beliefs?

It's always rather amusing, though quite hypocritical, that African-Americans always insist that we must judge them on an INDIVIDUAL basis...completely disregarding the higher percentages of crime or the open contempt for educational achievement in their community. (Except, of course, when it comes to hiring or educational opportunities. Then we gotta have that Affirmative Action and please judge us on the color of our skin, not the content of our character...to hell with individual merit.) But when Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh say something stupid (which they do frequently), then it's "Them White Folks bat-shit crazy!"

Mr. Morelock Whites have lost their minds on numerous occassions and so called progressives are permanently brain dead. We originally started to slip when we started bring Black Slaves to America and failed to have a plan to send them back. Consequently we are paying dearly for this mistake. We had another major attack of mental illness when we went and freed all Blacks thus allowing them to multiply like jack rabbits. Then in 1964 we had a major relapse when we gave Blacks equal rights and allowed them to vote. Ever since that fateful day we've been suffering for this mistake. Blacks have raided our Welfare system, they've abused Social Security Disability to the point of collapse. Blacks commit 70% of all violent crime despite being just 12% of the population. Blacks cheat on WIC and food stamps and on taxes by claiming their children and the next door neighbors as well. Most are natural born criminals, it doesn't matter how much wealth they've obtained they still can't help from stealing, the Congressional Black Caucus and Charlie Rangel prove my point. Despite all of this they still think they are owed reparations and affirmative action. Blacks have inflated the government payrolls first by being paid much more than the private sector and requiring twice as many to do the job of one white man. If we fire all the incompetent Blacks from government jobs we could reduce the size of government enough to balance the budget overnight. I could keep going but I might run out of space soon.

First off, who is to say that it is "whites" in which the polls are reflecting? Are other races not among the pollsters?
