Epic parkour fail on the Ravenel Bridge
Two daredevils climb the railing, and one gets caught with what looks like a hashpipe

Monday afternoon, two thrill-seekers climbed over the railing on the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge and made it back alive, only to be arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mt. Pleasant police drove a utility vehicle up the bridge's pedestrian walkway at about 5:25 p.m. in response to a report of two men climbing over the railing. When they arrived, they saw 21-year-old James Chad Tomberlin kneeling on the pavement close to the first "diamond" support on the Mt. Pleasant side. Tomberlin told police that he had just climbed back over the rail but that his friend was still under the bridge.
An officer looked over the railing and saw a man sitting on a beam five or six feet below the walkway. The Mt. Pleasant Fire Department responded to the scene and used a harness to retrieve 18-year-old Kahrall Arkeen Wright from the beam.
"The subjects stated that they do things like this for fun and it was called Parkour," the reporting officer wrote in the incident report. Parkour is a French discipline based on efficient scaling of obstacles, often involving running, jumping, and daring acrobatics.

Tomberlin and Wright were placed under arrest on charges of disorderly conduct. When police searched Tomberlin's backpack, they found "a small wooden pipe ... which appeared to be used to smoke marijuana," according to the report.
The two daredevils listed the same Charleston address off of Spruill Avenue. They had a bond hearing this morning, and their court date is set for June 11.

Looks like he was in and around Marion Square, the Charleston Museum, and North Charleston's Riverfront Park. Recognize any other locales?
