President Andrew Jackson would be proud of Rep. Paul and Senator DeMint.

Jackson said: "If Congress has the right under the Constitution to issue paper money, it was given to be used by themselves, not to be delegated to individuals or corporations."

Regarding the central banking interests in the country at the time, he also said : "You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the grace of the Eternal God, will rout you out."

It's about time. Patriotic Americans will support this measure. Those that have a hidden agenda's will whine and complain about the 'racist GOP'. Odd that race has nothing to do with the Fed printing money out of thin air. If Obama is a real 'leader' he will support this measure. If he does not, that itself should be investigated immediately. Obama is a public servant and not above the law. In fact, he should be scrutinized more closely than any other elected official; ACORN and all.

These morons have no idea what the Fed even does. Without their check clearing, ACH, securities transfer and cash services functions available, the American economy would grind to a halt.

Don't audit the Fed; Abolosh it! Congress can, at any time, cancel the Fed's charter. The US government is supposed to print it's own currency an regulate the value thereof. We don't need the fed.

Make the (Federal Reserve System) public/Public money. Replace the private money system that is currently in use and once the money supply goes back to public money, that eliminates the mystery of money that is printed by your signature on all documents at z bank and backed by all tax payer production as the "collateral". The entities behind the mysterious private money system will flee the jurisdiction of this Rock by morning or earlier or pay back every red cent to every borrower since the beginning of the charter effective immediately, those entities will not choose either choice, so the private charter to print money will be permanently terminated. As soon as A leader in the United States Government sees the alternative and options you would like to think that The leader might look into the matter and figure out that it is very possible that when the money goes back to public money, The leader or A leader will figure out that the debt that is being held by foreign governments and foreign entities can and will be bought back effective immediately and restored to the power of the people/citizen/inhabitants located on this patch of dirt. Public money seems to solve many economic problems of today.

I'm cool with allowing the Fed to continue to clear checks.

With competition in currency, the Fed can keep clearing checks and we will then be free to use alternatives the the Federal Reserve Note. And if the alternatives don't work then the naysayers will be correct. Why not let us voluntarily try competing currencies and let the market decide?

The US Fed dollar is almost no longer worth the paper its written on. It won't be long until the world realizes this. America needs a sovereign dollar that is part of a transparent and regulated financial sector.

The world needs a international trading currency that is based and backed by the value of a basket of resources from oil, gas, coal, gold , silver, copper, electric production ect... and what ever can be used as a real measure of human wealth.

The fiat economy is on its last legs and for the sake of a true and just world based on the rule of law the fiat economy should be put to rest.

If everyone would simply watch the documentary Zeitgeist and it's Addendum there would be a full-on revolt with Paul and Jim leading us out of the illusion of freedom and into the truth. Watching this and Aaron Russo's film on the il-legality of taxes can be hazzardous to your health.

He does want to continue 53 years of McCarthyistic theocracy on Fed printed "money" AS WELL AS STEAL OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS IN TAX MONEY engraving in stone the lie: "In god We Trust" upon walls of the new Congressional Visitors Center. ...............

Until Article 6 "no religious test" is enforced along with Amendment One & Amendment 14, all Americans will be forced to pray to the flag, regurgitate the lie of an alleged deity exists and pay for it all dearly, our money a propaganda venue itself.
In such a super charged climate of killing for Allah, killing for Jehovah, killing for Buddah, killing for Mohammed & killing for Moses continues on this planet at a cost of 8 trillion dollars & escalating fast.
I wonder if DeMint even voted for more F-22 funding of a bad 350 million dollar each aircraft that our pilots do not want to fly, dangerous and needs 30 hours of maintenance for every hour flown.
Facts don't matter when alleged deities & one inch long "babies" do matter. It's time to impeach DeMint & maybe then we'll have a chance at getting the Fed audited and our money restored to real value, not fiat currency "Under god."

I know a little about macro-economics, history and civil rights. One can not pass a law in one such field while ignoring or telling lies about the other two fields. While President Jackson did some good things in defense of hand to mouth miners, farmers, shop keepers & local honest bankers. Yes Jackson would be for an audit of the Fed at a bare minimum. But Jackson violated US Sup Ct dicta on the rights of Native Americans. Hypocritical politicians like Sanford end up speaking out of both sides of their mouths, impeach Clinton but forgive me? Pay for my first class ticket to Argentina but keep my stupid staff back in coach? By having historic political scape goats & diversionary issues like abortion, gay marriage & praying to the flag, few people know the extreme abuses of Wall Street, Federal Reserve, bailout trillions & military genocidal profiteering. The story remains the same, voters think they have a hero and other people suffer & die for the blind support the perpetrating Presidents or Governors because of such voters. It's time to end the vilification of LGBT people & American Atheists, just to be a reason to vote for corrupt politicians. DeMint & Graham are not going to do us any favors.
