Lindsey Graham Says it Again: "Ron Paul is Not the Leader of the Republican Party"

Posted by Jack Hunter on Sun, May 17, 2009 at 1:44 AM

Lindsey Graham really bared his neocon fangs today, angrily attacking Ron Paul supporters and defending the Iraq War in the same breath, before a SC GOP gathering:

Flimsy Grahamnesty sets up quite the straw man. As everyone knows Paul's position is that if we're in *their* country it's naive for our government to believe that we'll be looked upon favorably.... however "noble" the intentions may be. The "irrationality of Middle Eastern politics" as Reagan put it... trumps do gooderism. Not to mention Flimsy is still dull enough not to realize there were NO TERRORISTS in Iraq before the US attacked. Lying moron.

Conservatives rightly attack liberal media bias....how about backward Jihadi bias on their own turf?
Think of 20 "democratically elected" Hugo Chavezs blaming the US for their "exploitation" and see how Grahamnesty's neocon policies keep us safe from terrorists.

Oh and his line about getting them over there before they come here is ridiculously laughable coming from Grahamnesty. His open border policies would have foreign terrorists eating barbecue in people's backyards!

Here's a patriotic idea Flimsy: Let's take care of our own borders before we go 5000 miles away to mess around with someone else's.

The real issue with Flimsy and what drives his "passion" on stage is that his establishment machine is coming under attack by real conservatives. Funny how "moderate" he is when defending his turf and perch in the failed national GOP machine. He's a downright raging lunatic when it comes to keeping his job.

If someone needs to hit the door it's Grahamnesty and the *loser* RINO's that LOST the majority in 2006 and got drubbed in 2008. The libertarianism he shows contempt for is what built the majority in '94 in the first place.

RINO Hackery at it's finest.

Lindsey Graham is the ghost of the Republican Party past. People like Ron and Rand Paul and Mark Sanford (governor of South Carolina) are the face of both the Republican Party's proud past and its future.

what a dip shit.
Keep sinking and drowning in your sea of stupidity GOP.
This will only end when you realize that your brightest hope for winning in the next elections is to open up to Ron Paul and his followers.
Lindsay Graham couldn't raise a penny to
save his life.
He should come out of the closet too. See how much his conservative friends like him then.

What a pep-rally. Misinformation used to manipulate feelings of fear and hatred. Graham isn't really the problem; it's the dim-wits who believe him.

Ron Paul endorsed Steve Lonegan in the republican primaries June 2nd here in New Jersey. Hopefully, little by little, we'll get rid of these neocons in the republican party and return to the party of fiscal responsibility and a "non-interventionist" foreign policy like that of our founding fathers. Until then we have to suffer through weasels like grahamnesty and his loser friends McCain, krystal, pearl and the rest.

Graham is such a hypocrite. He says he welcomes all republicans and should speak no ill of another republican. Then in the same breath bashes RP. Winning is #1 Graham says, over principle.

Graham is a turd. I guarantee he will not win his next election. Somebody should tell him to look around and notice that more and more neocons are being knocked off and replaced by Democrats.

Neocons are on their way out. Libertarian Republicans are on their way in.

Lindsey Graham is an ignorant neocon slut. His kids should be sent to the Iraq front line.

Graham defends the Iraq war, Mccain defends the Iraq war, and Obama continues the Iraq war.

Don't be fooled by Mark Sanford, as he endorsed war-monger Mccain.

Ron Paul would not soil his good name by leading the G.O.P.; the same Neocon controlled G.O.P. that spit on him during the presidential race. The G.O.P. could however use the good example that Ron Paul sets to revamp their tarnished party. As for Michael Steele (the current G.O.P. Chairman), I laugh at the thought that the G.O.P. would choose Steele (who just so happens to be black) to lead the party; as if they actually believe that his selection as a black Chairman will somehow revive their dying party, and put him in a position to take on Obama. Come on Neocon pinheads....you really can't be that stupid! Besides, Michael Steele is dumb enough already! A puppet like Michael Steele will do whatever his handlers tell him, and right now they are giving him some crappy advise! The G.O.P. (as a party) is in the toilet because of people like Michael Steele and his band of puppeteers!
