Posted by Greg Hambrick on Tue, Dec 16, 2008 at 8:52 AM

The U.S. Geological Survey recorded a preliminary magnitude of 3.6 at 7:42 a.m. The Survey's National Earthquake Center soon started receiving calls from Summerville, Goose Creek and Ladson.
