News Wrap: Wardrobe Redemption, Nude New York, Starbucks Withdrawl, Armpit TVs

• Federal appeals court throws out $550,000 FEC fine for that "wardrobe malfunction" back in '04, noting the penalty was both arbitrary and capricious. Oh, and need we remind all that someone got a lot further than Justin did.

• People are getting naked all over New York — yoga studios, restaurants, comedy clubs, subways … OK, not subways. It's impossible to look good or comfortable on the subway when people are fully clothed — much less naked.

• People everywhere (but Charleston) are up in arms that they'll be driving another half mile to get their Starbucks mocha whatever. They're also probably wishing they hadn't stiffed that barista that one time, assuming they'd never meet again.

• New life for smell-0-vision … sort of. Right Guard is attracting attention on the London subways with little armpit TVs.
