The City Paper office is situated across the street from Martha Lou's Kitchen. In the last few years, we've gotten used to seeing camera crews milling about the pink building, so we weren't totally surprised when we spotted one on Wednesday. Turns out they're interviewing Martha Lou Gadsden for Inside E Street, a PBS program produced by the AARP that looks at policies and issues that affect the over-50 set. At the end of the each season, the show does an episode called "The Age of Longevity," which usually focuses celebrities. This year, the show also wanted to profile a "real person," and they chose Gadsden for the spot. Although Martha Lou is a celebrity in our hearts. Inside E Street airs on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on WITVDT3.
