Local online radio station TheFIX.fm just announced its crowdfunding campaign that lets fans pre-order shirts bearing the The Fix’s logo — a smiling skull wearing headphones.

The Avondale-based radio station lost one of its founders Brad Cooper after a fatal car accident on July 4. Station co-founder and friend Boyd Stough says that purchasing a shirt will fund the independent station, but it will also be a visual show of support for Cooper and his vision for Charleston radio. Run by local DJs with Charleston listeners in mind, The FIX first went live in May in order to retaliate “against corporate radio tyranny,” Stough says.

The tees are $30, and at least 25 need to be ordered by the July 24 deadline. You can get yours by visiting the crowdfunding site here
