The husband-and-wife duo of Cary Ann Hearst and Michael Trent — a.k.a. Shovels and Rope — have officially released a video for "Birmingham," a rollicking ditty off of 2012's critically acclaimed album O' Be Joyful. More importantly, VH1 has taken a shine to the song, spotlighting the video on their website. With any luck, it might actually get some play on TV.

The video for "Birmingham," which includes footage shot at the Tin Roof, was crafted by Nashville's Moving Picture Boys. The filmmakers are currently working on a documentary on the duo called The Ballad of Shovels and Rope.

The clip is the first Hearst and Trent have cut since the killer and creepy "Hell's Bells" video, the lead-off single from Cary Ann's Are Your Ready to Die.
