Starting tonight, you can check out some of the best work by Redux's private studio, printshop, and darkroom artists. Pieces were chosen by Jon Swindler, an assistant professor with the Lamar Dodd School of Art at the University of Georgia.
The artists participating in the exhibition are Todd Anderson, Sally Bennett, Jen Ervin, Camela Guevara, Kaminer Haislip, Alizey Khan, Xin Lu, Kate MacNeil, Kate Mullin, Karen Ann Myers, Lauren Rackley, Kristi Ryba, Austin Grace Smith, Laura Volkening, and Lulie Wallace, who was recently featured in the City Paper for her latest success.
The exhibition will open with a gallery talk at 5:30 p.m. today, followed by an opening reception from 6-8 p.m. Both are free and open to the public. Hungry art-lovers can take advantage of the Auto-Banh food truck, which will on site.
You can view the exhibition Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Fridays from 12-7 p.m., and Saturdays from 12-5 p.m. For more information on featured artists or future Redux Studios events, head to reduxstudios.org.
